Thanks to all of your support we'll be attending the 2010 Aspen Rooftop Comedy Festival as one of the Funniest 4 Filmmakers in the Fall 2009 Funny Film Competition! The festival takes place June 9th - 13th in Colorado!
This wouldn't have been possible without the support of friends, family, fans, professors, supporters, etc! Between now and June, we'll continue with shorts and various projects. Stay tuned for more from the babes!

Aspen
So it's come down to this. The Final 8. And somehow, the Little Babies got a taste of that sweet action!
We just released our latest short, "Sunday Morning", our next entry in the National College Funny Film Competition! All about the only thing that sucks about college, the day after. It's now up to the public to decide the final 4 that will be heading to Aspen in June for the Rooftop Comedy Festival!
We would love your support and votes, but most of all, we'd love for you to have a laugh on us. All of which can be completed here!

It's been a busy month...
Happy Thanksgiving everybody! It's time for an update about what has been going on in our lives for the past month.
We wrapped our biggest project yet, our junior thesis film still tentatively titled "Chain Reaction." We shot November 13 - 17 around Bozeman. We can't possibly thank everyone who helped out enough. Cast, crew and the 40+ extras who gave up six hours of their time on Sunday to fill the auditorium! The film is currently in post production, and should be done mid-December.
We made it into the latest round of the Rooftop Comedy's National College Comedy Competition with our film "Heaven." On November 13, they announced that we'd have to make a new film to submit for another public vote with the topic being "Things That Suck About College." The only problem was that we started "Chain Reaction" that same day, and it took every bit of our focus. So, we put the competition in the back of our minds and completed our junior film. That left us with a week or so to write, shoot and edit the newest film. Account for two days of Cat-Griz mania in Bozeman and the Thanksgiving holiday, and we were down to two days for the film! But alas, our friends came through once again and helped us create a convincing party scene to tell our story... Look for the new film December 2nd. Once again, it is up to the public to decide the winners so we'll be asking for votes around that time!
The three of us will be back in Bozeman at the beginning of next week to figure out the next move for LB Films. We have some exciting stuff in mind so stay tuned. None of this would be possible with out the support of our friends, family and fans! Thank you so much!

The Spirit of Competition
So we just found out that two of our films, "Heaven" and "Catchphrase", have made it into the "Fine Cut" round of the National College Comedy Competition: Funny Film Showcase! We're in the mix with 30 other films and we need everyone's help to make it to the next round. If you have a moment, check out our films and throw us some votes if you're feeling generous.
In other news, our Junior film, "Chain Reaction" is coming along swimmingly! We're cast, have an amazing crew, and secured tuxes for our two stage actors (think "FUBU", and Neo having a night on the town). The one problem is the name. We settled on "Chain Reaction", but apparently that name has already been taken...
Thanks, Keanu

Love Is In The Air
So we were thinking to ourselves one night, "Selves, it's late October, the days are getting short, and the nights are getting cold. Why don't we try and warm the people's hearts?" So here's what we came up with, our newest short, "Love"! Enjoy.
In other news, we will soon be starting production of our junior film and are in need of extras ages 18-25 for a few hours on the 15th of November, (that's a Sunday ya'll, yeah yeah.) So if you would like to help us out and each some free food, send us a line at - littlebabyfilms@gmail.com
Okay, bye!

The White Stuff
Hi world, the babes here. October is off to a fine Montana start with a big 'ol heaping pile of snow. But while the weather is getting frightful, the fresh new films from the Little Babies are oh so delightful. Possibly nutritious too, (if laughter is in fact a credible medication). We're still holding on to that last bit of fall, so don't expect to see any snow in our films for the next few weeks. Check out "Basketball", just released today, to see Shane living his dream on the court!

Where Does the Time Go?
Having a blog is sort of like owning a puppy. You have to make sure you pay attention to it, feed it, take it for walks...I guess the comparisons end there. Anyway, what I'm getting at is that you need to pay attention to the blog to make sure it grows into a proper dog.
One excuse for the lack of updates might be that school has started. That ends up taking up most of our time. With school comes some good news, though. We found out that we will be making a short film this fall for our Junior Production class. Nick wrote the script, tentatively titled "Chain Reaction." It's a comedy about a high school senior attempting to discredit the hypnotist performing at his senior party. We have about two months for pre production, and we'll need a bunch of extras come November!
As if that wasn't enough, we put up a new short today. It tells the tale of four friends playing a friendly, exciting game of "Catch Phrase." Unfortunately, the small, electronic game catches one friend off guard and the others are unsure what to do. I think I've said enough...check it out here!
Woo hoo!

The First of September...
School started yesterday, so we'll be getting back into the swing of things for the next couple weeks. We found out yesterday that all three of us have Tuesdays completely free, meaning Tuesdays will now be known as Shoot Days!
We shot stuff for a new short on Sunday. It involves a few friends sitting around the table for an amusing game of "Catchphrase". We're getting together today to take a look at the footage as well as to talk about our upcoming projects.
Stay Tuned!

What to do on a rainy day...
It's a rainy Sunday afternoon here in Bozeman, Montana. What's the one thing people are looking for on these drizzly days? How about a "little baby" dose of entertainment?
"Heaven" is uploaded and ready for viewing! Check it out on our films page!

Runnin' and Gunnin'
Today we hit the town with a bunch of Cheetos, two fudgsicles and some dental floss. When the dust cleared, we were left with three 10 - 20 second films - look for them in the fall!
Heaven is basically complete. We'll be doing some post production work with it in the next couple of days to get it ready for an August 23 release!
That's pretty much it for now... We have quite a few ideas floating around in about in our Little Baby brains, so stay tuned.

Oh little baby, you're such a tease!
Check out the teaser for our upcoming short "Heaven"! This will be our last video before school starts up again. But don't fret, the Little Babies will continue "deliver the goods" throughout the year!

An Exciting Day in Bozeman, Montana
Things got a little wild today here in Bozeman. Barack Obama was in town, the sky dropped nickel-sized hail, we launched the new website and put up a new short! All in all a good day...

Website, New Shorts, etc...
We are currently working on a new version of the website. We're hoping it will be a place for us to display our work and keep people informed.
Editing is finished on "Creepy, Not Creepy." Logan is at a skate demonstration for a couple days, but when he gets back we'll finish up some color work and then put it up!
We're also in the rough cut stage of "Heaven." It depicts a man's restlessness after passing into the afterlife. We got in the studio and shot some green screen stuff involving Heaven, angels, and Jesus himself. Look for it within the next week!
